Additional research identified a need to reduce the costs of carpet replacement in occupied office environments, for this the XMG 'Lift System' was developed. With this system we can go into any occupied environment, do replacement or repair on any floor covering without disrupting the work schedules of our clients, thus minimizing overall costs and downtime.

Xebec Marketing Group Inc. also saw a need to maintain carpet and extend its life cycle to lower replacement costs for the end user. After comparing the different competitive systems available, it was decided to acquire two MilliCare® Commercial Carpet Care franchises to bring the most proactive carpet, panel, and upholstery maintenance process to Western Canada. MilliCare® Commercial Carpet Care offers many features such as enhancing indoor air quality, approved appearance retention, reducing human exposure to pollutants from soiled carpets, absorbing odors and fumes, and First Appearances - the first line of defense for reducing soiling in facilities.
